• reliability, responsibility and teamwork
• sufficient time to perform moderation duties
• willingness to review reports and enforce the rules consistently
• no active warnings or ongoing sanctions
• willingness to cooperate with the PrimeArea Team
• confidential handling of internal information
Responsibilities:
• supporting and assisting the community
• reviewing reported content and posts
• enforcing the community rules
• handling conflicts objectively
• assisting new community members
• forwarding serious cases to the responsible team members
• communicating regularly with the moderation team
• participating in internal meetings and discussions
• contributing to the future development of the community

Important Notice:
New moderators initially join as Trial Moderators. During this trial period, their activity, behavior, reliability and teamwork will be evaluated.
Meeting all requirements does not guarantee acceptance into the team. Every application will be reviewed individually. Objective and respectful feedback from the community may also be considered during the decision-making process.
Benefits are voluntary rewards for active participation. Their type, scope and eligibility requirements may change depending on activity, length of team membership, availability and internal policies. There is no legal entitlement to specific rewards, merchandise items or permanent team membership.
Any personal information required for merchandise delivery will only be requested privately and with prior consent. Please do not publish personal information in your application.
